SELF HOLDING EXERCISE

This practice builds on the standing and holding capacity above, so that you can experience using the will that holds you, to hold yourself in love. 

If you practice it daily, it will help you develop the capacity to hold yourself in love, in all kinds of situations. Simply by attuning to your 'lap'.
